Small Dog Electronics is seeking a friendly, dynamic Apple enthusiast to join our retail staff full time. Ability to have a flexible schedule and Saturday availability is a must.

QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS:

A fierce commitment to customer service, knowledge of and passion for Apple products, an understanding of the digital lifestyle, keen attention to detail and weekend availability is a must! Our retail store is open Monday - Saturday from 10-6

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Managing workflow in a fast-paced retail environment
  • Email correspondence and follow-up with customers
  • Article contributions to our monthly retail newsletter and blog
  • Providing the best customer service experience before, during and after the sale to strengthen customer loyalty, we aim to be "always by your side"

ℹ️ Service Writer, South Burlington:

Small Dog Electronics is looking for the right person to join our service support team as a service writer in South Burlington at 100 Dorset St. This is a critical role which helps to support both our retail and service departments in South Burlington.

Basic Requirements:

1-2 years previous experience customer service experience.

The right candidate will possess a strong entrepreneurial spirit - as well as good critical thinking skills essential for basic troubleshooting hardware and software issues, strong communication and customer service skills, a team-oriented work ethic, and obsession with the details. Good working, hands-on, knowledge of general IT concepts, basic laptop/desktop repair, software troubleshooting a plus.

Requires excellent time management, multitasking, deductive reasoning, strong verbal and written communication skills. Works directly with customers to ensures an excellent customer experience, resolves complaints, and leads by example to provide optimum customer service.

Daily responsibilities include:

Assisting with the check in and pick up process of computers for our repair department. Helping to communicate with customers about the repair process as well as potentially providing in store lessons/consults. This position works directly with members of the service department.
