If you would like to use our mail in services for Apple hardware repair, please e-mail or call us in advance. Customer is responsible for shipping to and from Small Dog Electronics, for the safety of your products please ensure products are shipped UPS or FedEx only and are insured for loss value.

Out of Warranty?

No problem. We can perform both in-warranty and out of warranty repairs on Apple Computers. We also service both hardware and software issues for iOS devices including iPad, Beats headphones, and Apple TV. Please speak with a member of our service team for details on resolving issues with these devices.

As an Apple Authorized Service Provider, Small Dog Electronics uses only genuine Apple parts for all repairs. Out of warranty devices are subject to a service check in fee. The fee for iOS devices is $40 and computers are subject to a $65 service check in fee.

How It Works

    Schedule an appointment below or by giving us a call. 

  • STEP 2

    Bring your device in, we will check it into our repair department and one of our technicians will provide you with diagnostics within 24-48 hours.

  • STEP 3

    We will repair your device and have you back up and running typically within 3-5 business days.*

*Need help staying productive during the repair process? Ask us about our computer loaner program while your device is being repaired.

Service Appointments Required

Our service department uses a scheduled drop off system. The appointment is to DROP OFF your device. Average turnaround times for repairs are 3-5 business days. We strongly recommend all customers perform a time machine back up prior to your appointment. If you cannot back up your data, Small Dog Electronics provides back up services for an additional fee.
