Apple Service & Support

Thank you for thinking of Small Dog Electronics for your Apple service needs. After more than 30 years of caring for the Apple community, we want to make sure you continue to receive the fastest, most reliable support possible — and for hardware service and repairs, that means going straight to Apple.

Where to Go for Service
For all hardware service, repairs, diagnostics, and warranty questions, Apple is your best resource. Their team is equipped to support every product in the Apple lineup, including iPhone, iPad, Mac, Apple Watch, AirPods, and Apple TV.

Contact Apple Support:
• Online: support.apple.com
• Phone: 1-800-MY-APPLE
• Apple Support app on iPhone or iPad
• In person at a nearby Apple Store or Apple Authorized Service Provider

Through Apple, you can:
• Schedule a repair (in-store, mail-in, or on-site, depending on the issue)
• Check your warranty and AppleCare coverage
• Get help with software, iCloud, and Apple ID
• Track an existing repair
• Chat with an Apple Advisor or speak to one by phone

Before You Send a Device In
Whatever service path you take, we strongly recommend backing up your device first. A current backup protects your photos, documents, messages, and settings in the event your device needs to be reset or replaced.

Mac: Use Time Machine with an external drive, or follow Apple's guidance at support.apple.com/mac-backup
iPhone & iPad: Back up to iCloud or to a computer.
Apple Watch: Backs up automatically when paired with your iPhone.
