Retail Customer Service

Small Dog Electronics is seeking a friendly, dynamic Apple enthusiast (iPhone, iPad, or Mac lover) to join our retail staff part-time at our Flynn Ave location.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Managing workflow in a fast-paced retail environment, which also includes a full-service call center
  • Ability to multitask, retail can be fast-paced and we offer a variety of specialized services
  • Email correspondence and follow-up with customers
  • Providing the best customer service experience before, during and after the sale to strengthen customer loyalty, we aim to be "always by your side"
  • Small Dog Electronics follows CDC and local guidelines for the health and safety of staff for COVID 19

WAGE

Starting wage is $15/hr plus commissions.

QUALIFICATIONS / REQUIREMENTS:

A fierce commitment to customer service, knowledge of and passion for Apple products, an understanding of the digital lifestyle, keen attention to detail and someone who enjoys working with people of all ages and abilities.  Our retail store is open Monday - Friday from 10-6.

Strong customer service skills, ability to work with users with a variety of technical knowledge, follow through on customer requests and ability to multitask is a must. Passion for technology and customer service. We take customer service very seriously and believe customers should all have the same consistent experience no matter what staff member is helping them. You do not have to be an Apple user to apply, but it is preferred. We will provide training on Apple products to the right individual.
