    Back up your device and turn off "Find My" prior to coming into our store.

  • STEP 3

    We will repair your device and have you back up and running typically within 5-7 business days.*

Service Appointments Required:

Our service department uses a scheduled drop off system. The appointment is to DROP OFF your device. We will repair your device and have you back up and running typically within 5-7 business days. We strongly recommend all customers perform a back up prior to your appointment. If you cannot back up your data, Small Dog Electronics provides back up services for an additional fee.
