How It Works

    Schedule an appointment below or by giving us a call. 

  • STEP 2

    Bring your device in, we will check it into our repair department and one of our technicians will provide you with diagnostics within 24-48 hours.

  • STEP 3

    We will repair your device and have you back up and running typically within 5-7 business days.*

*Need help staying productive during the repair process? Ask us about our computer loaner program while your device is being repaired.

Schedule Your Repair

Service Appointments Required:

Our service department uses a scheduled drop off system. The appointment is to DROP OFF your device. Average turnaround times for repairs are 5-7 business days. We strongly recommend all customers perform a time machine back up prior to your appointment. If you cannot back up your data, Small Dog Electronics provides back up services for an additional fee.
